Los Angeles Superior Court rules teacher tenure laws are unconstitutional

A decision in a lawsuit that PLF has been following for some time came down minutes ago. The Superior Court for Los Angeles County ruled that teacher tenure laws violate the California Constitution.  I’ll have some more analysis once I have had time to review the opinion.  In the meantime, here’s some articles from the Sacramento Bee, New York Times, and Associated Press.
