A Night of Victories for Property Rights
If you're just joining us at PLF On Eminent Domain, we've been watching a landslide of support for private property rights. So far, eminent domain reform has passed in
eight nine states, Florida, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, and South Carolina, and with a nationwide average of more than 75 percent. We're still waiting for word from Washington, Idaho, and California, as well as for more word from Nevada and Oregon, where results aren't entirely conclusive.
