Abject panic over the health care law?

Public opposition to the recently enacted health care law continues to grow, and that has forced its proponents to re-frame the issues both legally and from a PR standpoint. As we noted earlier, the Obama Administration seems to be stepping away from its original Commerce Clause defense of the health care law. Now, commentators are suggesting that the health care law's unpopularity has caused 'abject panic at the White House, and that the Administration is entirely rethinking its PR efforts on the health care front.' We are confident that our complaint, along with the other suits against the law's "individual mandate," has contributed to the Administration's anxieties.
