California bureaucrats erode Tahoe property rights

An article in this past weekend's Tahoe Daily Tribune reports that California is moving to force Lake Tahoe's beachfront landowners to open their property to the public–without a penny of compensation.  Don't be surprised if this land-grab triggers litigation–and don't be surprised if it eventually ends up at the Supreme Court.
