…Comes Around

One of the nation's biggest beneficiaries of eminent domain abuse, Wal-Mart, is on the other end this time, with a California city (see bottom of article) "plan[ning] to invoke the power of eminent domain to acquire a Wal-Mart owned lot to prevent the retailer from moving in."

This is an absurd use of the eminent domain power and shouldn't be condoned.  But that doesn't mean it's improper to recognize, as Wal-Mart surely has, that the eminent domain sword has two edges.
