Debunking myths about Obamacare lawsuits

Cory Andrews of the Washington Legal Foundation has an article in the Washington Examiner debunking five common myths about the lawsuits challenging the Individual Mandate. My personal favorite is Pres. Obama's extremely misleading claim that judges have rejected constitutional challenges in 12 cases–when in fact, the lawsuits he's talking about were dismissed for procedural problems.

Meanwhile, the state of Virginia has filed its petition for certiorari asking the U.S. Supreme Court to take the case right away, rather than waiting for the usual appellate process. You can read it here.
