Does Title IX reach voluntary donations?

It shouldn’t, but that hasn’t stopped gender quota activists from tying to prevent voluntary booster clubs from supporting student athletes. Yes, these crusaders have even tried to stop bake sales from going forward.  Our friends at the American Sports Council report that a school district in Minnesota is now worried that booster clubs “help[] out one team and not another.”  You know like a football booster club that helps out the football team and not the basketball team.  The club that is organized entirely be charitable contributiuons because some community members like football more than basketball (or vice versa).  The quota activists want these voluntary clubs shut down.  Sheesh!
