Fat Lady Singing in New Hampshire

Almost half of precincts are in, and 86% of votes cast have been "Yes" on enacting eminent domain reform.  Perhaps New Hampshire's physical proximity to Connecticut, the site of the Kelo case, has something do to with such overwhelming support.
