GELPI Conference

I'll be speaking today at the Georgetown Environmental Law and Policy Institute conference in Berkeley, California. The event is sponsored by Attorney General Bill Lockyer, the League of California Cities, the State Bar, the National Assoication of Counties, and other strongly anti-property rights groups. So I doubt the audience will be very sympathetic, but as Daniel had his faith, so I have my Constitution.
