Government Property Theft Industry Saddened by Property Rights Victories

The American Planning Association–the leading industry group representing folks who use government to tell people how they may use property that is supposedly privately owned–has issued this press release about the new restrictions on eminent domain. Must be frustrating for them to be told that they have to start respecting people's property rights, after being able to ignore them for so long.
