The U.S. Supreme Court recently recognized this important First Amendment right to consent in Janus v. AFSCME. As you may be aware, in the months leading up to the Court’s decision, and even on the same day as the decision was released, California enacted several new laws specifically designed to circumvent or negate the Janus ruling. As part of our efforts to protect the rights recognized in Janus, Pacific Legal Foundation invites you to complete the following simple questionnaire so that the litigation team can assess whether we are able to help you protect your First Amendment rights.
