Mixed Verdict Nationwide on Eminent-Domain Proposals

The Sacramento Bee has this article on Tuesday's elections, but the headline couldn't be more misleading. There was no mixed verdict at all about eminent domain proposals–all of them passed overwhelmingly. The three proposals that failed were not just about eminent domain; in fact, one wasn't about eminent domain at all.
