NH senate committee recommends killing "scholarship program repeal" bill

Last week PLF filed an amicus brief in an important New Hampshire school choice case.  But the valuable scholarship program currently under attack in court has also faced threats from a legislative repeal bill.  Today there is positive news on the latter front: the New Hampshire Senate Education Committee voted 3-2 in favor of an “Inexpedient to Legislate” recommendation.  In other words, a majority of the committee opted to kill the repeal bill.  The full Senate is scheduled to meet next week, when we will presumably know more.
