ObamaCare lawsuits update

You’ll remember that the federal trial court in Michigan dismissed one of the lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of the Individual Mandate; the case is Thomas More Law Center v. Obama, and it was dismissed on October 7th. That case is now before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals—the first of the health insurance mandate cases to reach the appellate courts. No word yet on when the hearing will be held in our own challenge to ObamaCare.
