Pacific Legal Foundation and the Center for Equal Opportunity have worked together to create a model brief for use by contractors that are the victims of governmental discrimination.  This model brief outlines the most important arguments to include when challenging a public contracting program that discriminates against or grants preferences to individual groups or people on the basis of race and ethnicity, as well as provides valuable links to supplement the given arguments.

Preference programs, unfortunately, remain ubiquitous throughout all forms of government.  While PLF will continue to fight, and defeat, contracting programs that grant race- and sex-based preferences, we hope this brief will help contractors throughout the country that are victims of discrimination.
