PLF seeks litigator for Florida office
We are looking to hire an experienced litigator for our Atlantic Center, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Here is an excerpt from our job posting:
Candidates must be members of the Florida bar and have at least 5 years of litigation experience, including significant brief-writing and oral-argument experience. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for individual freedom and private property rights, as evidenced in college, law school, or past employment experience.
The successful candidate will be expected to generate, litigate, and supervise the litigation of new cases for PLF in the areas of property rights, environmental law, economic liberty, and race- and sex-based preferences. He or she also will be expected to be the spokesperson for the Atlantic Center, manage the office, and assist, as necessary, with media outreach and fundraising. The position requires occasional regional travel for speeches, fundraising, and litigation, as well as periodic trips to PLF’s Headquarters in Sacramento, California.
