PLF to participate on D.C. Federalist Society panel on Koontz

I’ll be attending  the Federalist Society’s 2013 National Lawyers Convention at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C., this Thursday, November 14, through Saturday, November 16.  The convention includes lots of interesting panels on a variety of legal issues, along with addresses by Justice Clarence Thomas, Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, and Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.

On Saturday, I’ll be on a panel discussing PLF’s recent property rights victory in Koontz v. St. Johns River Water Management District.  The panel is entitled “Environmental Law: New Directions in takings Law,” and will take place from 10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.   Here’s more information about the panel and other convention events.
