PLF's Lawsuit Against Caltrans Receives Attention

Last week PLF attorneys filed a complaint on behalf of Associated General Contractors of America, San Diego chapter, against the California Department of Transportation.  The complaint alleges that Caltrans has been discriminating against contractors on the basis of their race and sex in violation of both the United States and California Constitutions.  The lawsuit has received a lot of media attention.  You can see some of the more prominent coverage by following the links below.
