PLF's Paul Beard discusses property rights on Feb. 20, in SE Florida

Paul Beard will discuss property rights and PLF’s recent U.S. Supreme Court case, Koontz v. St. Johns River Water Management District, at an event hosted by the Martin County Republican Executive Committee.  Last month, Mr. Beard argued before the Supreme Court for Mr. Koontz, a property owner who was denied a permit when he refused to agree to the government’s extortionate demands.   Whatever the Court decides will affect property owners across the country.
