PLF’s Obamacare litigation…so far

No organization has been more deeply involved in the litigation against Obamacare. Including our representation of Matt Sissel in his challenge to the Individual Mandate, PLF has filed eight briefs in six cases on a wide variety of constitutional issues relating to the “Patient Protection And Affordable Care Act”—and has provided important legal assistance to allied organizations that are fighting for individual liberty and constitutionally limited government.
