Rally tomorrow to defend property rights in Southern California!

California’s Redevelopment Industry is out of control. Every year, government bureaucrats and wealthy, politically connected developers use eminent domain to take property away from hardworking entrepreneurs, and construct giant, cookie-cutter malls to raise tax revenue—that the Redevelopment Agencies get to essentially keep for themselves. The situation is so bad that even Gov. Jerry Brown has called for reining in the state’s Redevelopment bureaucrats. Tomorrow, you can help defend the rights of business owners like Roy Patel, the owner of Glendale’s Golden Key Hotel, which is now threatened with eminent domain for private development. Please join PLF, the Castle Coalition, property owners, and others as we rally to the defense of the constitution. We’re meeting at 8 a.m. in front of Patel’s Golden Key Hotel, at the corner of Colorado and Orange Streets in Glendale. For more information, please check out savethegoldenkeyhotel.com.
