School choice, union power, and Obamacare

January 20, 2016 | By WENCONG FA

I will be on the air for another round of radio interviews this week.

On Thursday morning, I’ll be talking about the Montana case and our Obamacare challenge with Pastor Greg Young. You can listen live here at 8:00 a.m. PST tomorrow morning, and you can listen to the recording here.

Then Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. PST, I will be discussing our Montana school choice litigation and the Friedrichs case on the Denise Simon Experience. (Update: you can listen to the recording at the 57:30 mark here).

You surely know about our Montana case by now. We’re representing parents and schools in fighting against a discriminatory Montana Department of Revenue rule that threatens school choice and religious liberty. Friedrichs is also about individual rights. We contend that non-members of public employee unions should not be compelled to subsidize the union’s activities, including collective bargaining.
