Mike Avi serves as the programs manager at Pacific Legal Foundation where he supports content production strategy for PLF’s outreach efforts. Mike is particularly passionate about developing programming strategies that amplify the work of PLF’s litigation team and bring PLF’s mission and successes to broader audiences. He is passionate about using data analysis to design program content that delights and excites PLFs partners, allies, and supporters.

Mike previously served as the North American programs director at Students For Liberty (SFL), where he was responsible for the strategy and execution of student grassroots efforts at over 300 college campuses each year. In addition, he has held the positions of operations manager, recruitment manager, and outreach associate at SFL, starting his career as a participant in the Koch Associate Program. A passionate advocate for the principles of a free society, Mike has volunteered for many leading organizations in the libertarian movement including: the Foundation for Economic Education, Americans for Prosperity, Leadership Institute, and the Libertarian Youth Caucus.

Mike’s love for classical liberalism began with his College Libertarians chapter at Florida State University. Today he proudly resides in the mountains of Wyoming, north of the buffalo front range, where he hopes to one day start a homestead. In his free time, he likes to learn about astronomy, languages, and cartography.
