Supreme Court to Hear Eminent Domain Case
The New Jersey Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case involving eminent domain for private development. Such abuses are very common in New Jersey, unfortunately. Meanwhile, in New York (which is even worse) the highest court has refused to hear a similar case.
