The Eminent Domain Superheroes of Norwood

Peter Bronson of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports on the victory celebrations in Norwood, Ohio, where the Supreme Court ruled that property owners can't be thrown out of their homes to make way for private development.

The Institute for Justice team from Virginia pulled up in a white limo that was longer than a public hearing. Near a table stacked with "Eminent Domain Superhero" T-shirts, a big smoking grill was spread with rows of plucked chickens.

I wonder if that's what Norwood city leaders saw when they looked at the neat little middle-class houses that lined the streets next to Rookwood mall: rows of plucked chickens.
