Tomorrow's Elections

Tomorrow, voters in twelve states will be considering ballot initiatives to limit the power of government to take away your property through eminent domain or through other government actions. PLF on Eminent Domain will be following the election results tomorrow to let you know how each of these initiatives comes out.

North Dakota (Measure 2)
Michigan (Proposal 06-4)

Florida (Amendment 8)
