It's 6 o'clock Pacific, 9 o'clock Eastern, and here are the latest results in eminent domain reform. New Hampshire's Question 1 is ahead 85 percent to 15 percent, with 28 percent of the precincts reporting.  Florida's Amendment 8 has pulled ahead to 70 percent with 29 percent of precincts reporting.  With 32 percent of the vote counted in Georgia, Amendment 1 is holding steady at 83.6 percent "yes," and South Carolina's Amendment 5 is has a lead of 83 percent to 17 percent.
