Video: Presidential Authority to Revoke or Reduce National Monument Designations

This week, PLF’s Todd Gaziano and Professor John Yoo (who is also a new member of PLF’s Board of Trustees) released a new study that explains why President Trump has the authority to reduce or revoke national monuments.

The study was released at a very well attended event on Capitol Hill hosted by Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT), and opening remarks from House Committee on Natural Resources Chairman Rob Bishop.

Earlier this year, The Wall Street Journal published an op-ed from Gaziano and Yoo on this very subject, and Gaziano recently blogged on the paper here.
