The Coalition for a Sustainable Delta, Kern County Water Agency, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, State Water Contractors, San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, and Westlands Water District just filed this opposition to NRDC's motion for a stay of Judge Wanger's injunction of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Fall X2 action.

I will provide more details regarding any scheduled hearing and other relevant filings as they become available.

Update: The court has scheduled a motion to stay hearing for tomorrow (Friday) at 2:30 PM.

Update 2: The federal government has filed an application to have its motion to stay considered alongside NRDC's motion to stay (which was filed earlier) at tomorrow's 2:30 hearing.  The plaintiffs named above oppose this request.

Update 3: Plaintiff-Intervenor California Department of Water Resources has filed this opposition to NRDC's motion to stay.
