The latest, um, underground movement for liberty? Worms. Last week, we went down to the California Capitol Building in Sacramento to bring attention to the case of George Hahn, the San Diego are businessman who’s been fined $100,000 for selling his fertilizer, Worm Gold, because the state of California claims it’s a pesticide.


Meanwhile, our friends at Reason.tv have a profile today of Cleveland businessman Jamie Melvin, who’s trying—against the government’s resistance and inertia—to create jobs in that city by establishing a worm farm.
