Yes in Florida

Updating a recent report, several other local news stations in Florida are calling it "Yes" for that state's eminent domain constitutional amendment.  The numbers look quite solid–hovering around 70% approval and nearing half of all precincts reporting–so it's unlikely this early Florida call will suffer the same fate as that made on Election Night 2000.
