In July 2025, Pacific Legal Foundation launched our Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) practice group—doubling down on our 50+ year-old promise to protect Americans’ freedom to use land and resources in ways that drive innovation, prosperity, and environmental stewardship.
PLF’s new ENR group builds on our unmatched 18–2 record at the U.S. Supreme Court, with a third of our clients’ victories directly reshaping natural resource law in favor of liberty.
