Property rights are often analogized to a bundle of sticks. But they are the guardians of our other constitutional rights and, therefore, must be protected. What makes property rights so fundamental? And why should people care? On September 15, join Pacific Legal Foundation and George Mason Law Review for a symposium as we unpack these questions.
We’ll hear from scholars, judges, and litigators on three panels on the proper, constitutional role of property rights. The event will kick off with lunch and conclude with a reception, including drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
