Kevin Dretzka is a private equity investor who has been active in oil and gas exploration, real estate development, agricultural processing technology development, and service company investments.
In recent years his recent for-profit efforts have primarily involved two firms: Kentwood Ventures (www.kentwoodventures.com) and AgVault LLC (www.agvaultllc.com). Among other projects, Kevin Dretzka is the executive producer of For a Younger Self, an album featuring the American Youth Symphony which was released July 2024 (Orchid Classics).
From 1987 until 2004 he was a Managing Director of Eastdil Realty (now EastdilSecured www.eastdilsecured.com). Prior to Eastdil, he was a vice president of Heron Properties, a private, London-based real estate firm.
Kevin Dretzka was a director of the UCLA Health System; a director and board secretary of the Los Angeles Union Rescue Mission (URM) and chairman of URM’s $55M capital campaign; chairman of the board of the American Youth Symphony. Prior board positions include the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association, South Central Family Health Center, and the Catholic Education Foundation.
Kevin Dretzka is currently the project manager (volunteer) of the Claris Health (www.clarishealth.org) new campus development in Inglewood, CA.
He received BBA and MS degrees from the University of Wisconsin. After being a Los Angeles resident for 40 years, he and his wife relocated to Lake Geneva, WI in early 2025. Kevin and his wife, Silvia, have two adult children and are members of St. Francis de Sales parish in Lake Geneva.
