Fane Lozman Update

The latest on Fane Lozman, the Riviera Beach (Fla.) man being evicted by the city after he sued to challenge its illegal redevelopment plan.

Earlier this month Riviera Beach sought to have Lozman's lawsuit against the city dismissed.  The court refused, meaning his case–in addition to that filed by PLF attorneys on behalf of other Riviera Beach property owners–is moving forward.
