Eisley Nursery in Auburn Safe For Now

Yesterday the Auburn City Council unanimously endorsed an ordinance prohibiting the use of eminent domain for redistributing property as part of their redevelopment plans. PLF, California Alliance to Protect Property Rights, as well as the Castle Coalition were able to get the word out so that some 80 people attended the city council meeting to make clear their belief in the importance of private property rights.
