Hear PLF's Damien Schiff on The Andy Caldwell Radio Show today

To mark the week of Earth Day, Pacific Legal Foundation attorney Damien Schiff will be a guest this afternoon on KUHL am-1440 in California's Central Coast region, with host Andy Caldwell.

Damien will talk about PLF's fight in the courts against overreaching regulations, and for a balanced approach to environmental protection that allows the economy and human liberty to flourish.   

In particular, Damien will talk about PLF's newly filed petition seeking to have the California gnatcatcher removed from the federal Endangered Species Act list. One of the petitioners represented by PLF in this action is an organization of which Andy Caldwell is executive director — COLAB, the Coalition of Labor, Agriculture and Business.
