The San Gabriel Valley Tribune published this article on PLF's work in the case of Walnut Valley Unified School District v. Rowland Unified School District.  PLF represents a group of parents as well as Senator Bob Huff in the case.  Here's a snippet:

"Our goal certainly is to make sure parents are empowered to choose the school and school district that best meets the educational needs of their children," said Sharon Browne, an attorney representing Huff and Parents For Choice.

"We believe that Rowland Unified is putting its financial conditions above that of the educational needs of children."

Parents For Choice is made up of parents who live within Rowland Unified's district boundaries.
