Coverage of PLF's lawsuit challenging gender quotas on high school athletes

Yesterday, PLF announced it was representing the American Sports Council in a lawsuit challenging certain Title IX regulations (specifically the Three-Part Test) that force sex-based quotas on high schools.  The media response to this lawsuit has been overwhelming.  The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, LA Times, and USA Today all wrote unique stories on the lawsuit.  Further, the AP picked up the story sending it viral, and even making an appearance on ESPN.com.    For more detailed information on this very important case, including a copy of the complaint, go here.
