D.C. Circuit sets oral argument date for our Obamacare challenge
The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has set a hearing date in our Origination Clause challenge to Obamacare. The argument will be held Thursday, May 8, before Judges Rogers, Pillard, and Wilkins.
