An extended video on PLF's Equality Under the Law Program

About two months ago, I appeared on Libertarian Counterpoint, a local Sacramento program.  The discussion touched on a lot of PLF cases, but focused primarily on our Proposition 209 and equal protection litigation.  We also discussed a lot of the legal theory behind race- and sex-based preferences. Enjoy.
