Executive agencies cannot ignore directives from Congress over natural resources

The Constitution demands that only Congress can make laws and agencies must operate within the legal limits of those laws. By illegally pursuing an environmental agenda Congress never authorized, the U.S. Department of Agriculture working through the US Forest Service has driven Alaska’s timber industry to the brink of extinction, killing jobs and the local economy.

To our donors:

The productive use of natural resources, including timber, improves our entire economy and everyone’s standard of living. Your partnership with PLF empowers Kirk Dahlstrom, Sarah Lenhert, and all Americans to fight illegal agency rulemaking, preserve freedom, and unleash energy innovation across the country. Thank you!
