[Past Event] – Law & Legislation: Advancing Equality and Opportunity

Date: December 11, 2025
Location: Virtual via Zoom
Time: 3:00 p.m. EST/12:00 p.m. PST

Pacific Legal Foundation is hosting lawmakers, policy experts, and principled advocates from across the country for a brief, virtual discussion on the fight for equality under the law.

PLF’s Jaimie Cavanaugh and Caleb Trotter will review recent trends and legislative victories, including efforts to repeal and reform certificate of need laws and to eliminate race- and sex-based preferences in public service, scholarships, grants, and other areas.

After opening remarks, we’ll move to audience Q&A for a collective discussion on the future of equality in America. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this timely and important conversation.

Note: A recording of the discussion will be sent to all registrants after the event, so feel free to register even if you’re unsure whether you’ll be able to attend live.
