Forbes covers PLF challenge to Obamacare

“This ain’t over yet.”  So reports Chris Conover, contributor at Forbes.com, about the various legal challenges to the so-called Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act—i.e., Obamacare.

And he’s right.

Conover discusses several of the “gravest” lawsuits currently pending against Obamacare.  First among them is PLF’s own lawsuit, Sissel v. United States Department of Health & Human Services, which is being briefed in the federal D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.  Conover’s article is a must-read for anyone interested in the current status of litigation challenging this unconstitutional law.
