Goldwater Inst. Files Prop. 207 Case

Our friends at the wGoldwater Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, have filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County under that state's Property Rights Protection Act, also known as Prop. 207. The lawsuit challenges a building moratorium that prohibits construction near Luke Air Force Base.
