"Let's not bankrupt government!"

Here's the latest from the "Government Can't Afford to Follow the Law" file.  This entry opposes a proposed Louisiana constitutional amendment that would (among other things) require full compensation for owners whose property is taken via eminent domain.

Vote against the amendment, urges the author, because it will make taking property too expensive.  Seems to me that's a pretty good reason to support it.
