Millville Approves Restrictions on Eminent Domain

Millville, New Jersey, has approved a resolution declaring that they will not condemn "owner-occupied, single-family residential dwelling units" for private development. Well, that's a start, anyway. But remember, it's small businesses, not residences, that are most threatened by the abuse of eminent domain.
