PLF files final brief in Sissel's challenge to Obamacare

Today, PLF attorneys filed Matt Sissel’s final brief in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals litigation challenging Obamacare.  Sissel’s reply responds to the Government’s opposition brief, filed on December 9.

Now, we await an oral argument date, which we expect to be set in the coming months.  Stay tuned!
