Resolution Limiting Eminent Domain Approved

Commissioners in Clark County, Nevada, hoping to block passage of a ballot initiative which would limit the use of eminent domain, have approved new restrictions of their own, which limits the county to taking property only for "essential" public projects, and eliminating the power of the county's Redevelopment Agency to seize private property.
