Speakers Bureau presentation coming up July 30

I will be speaking at a public forum hosted by the Common Sense Alliance in Friday Harbor, Washington the evening of July 30.  The forum will address land use planning and problems related to "critical areas" regulation in Washington State.  My topic is the effect of the precautionary principle on land use planning and permitting.  The event is free and open to the public.  I hope to see you there!
